Conclusion

This Web Quest was written to help you understand the basics and history of computers. If you did not know much about computers, this Web Quest hopefully helped you in learning about them. In this project I have talked about, the history of many computer companies including: Apple, HP or Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, and the history of the ENIAC. And I talked about how computers and their accessories help many people every day, with Doctors, businessmen, students, and many other people. Computers have evolved a lot over the course of many years, when the first computer was made in 1936. I don’t know what computers will be like in the future. The inventors of computers today, have a lot of ideas in mind and maybe in progress as we speak.

Today we do not really realize the effort and struggle we went through to make the first computer. We have evolved so much, we went from a box monitor, to a flat monitor, and from a box phone, to a phone you can use in your ear to talk to people (Bluetooth). Today computers are made by the dozens in factories. Computers started out running slow, but now computers can surf the web, switch websites, run games, and endless amounts of other things in seconds. Even today's phones can do most of what all computers do.

In today’s technology we also don’t realize what we all use every day that are so complex but yet small. Some examples of the small computers we use are: Car door unlocking systems, remotes, controllers for gaming, computers mouse, headphones, flash drives, and many other things.

Computers have always been able to do a lot but now they are able to do a lot more than what they used to. They are evolving faster and getting smarter.
